We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant for unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, or violations of these Terms.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and mentally capable of participating in firearms training.

If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate safely (including hearing, mobility, or mental health concerns), you should consult a medical professional before attending.

Course dates and times are posted on our website. Availability is not guaranteed until your payment is completed.

Rescheduling policies may vary by course. Unless otherwise stated, rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the course start time.

Late arrival may result in denial of entry for safety and curriculum reasons. No refund is guaranteed for late arrival.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a course, you agree to pay all fees listed.

Refund policies vary by course type and may be listed on the course page.

Unless otherwise stated:

• No refunds for missed classes or no-shows
   
• Refunds may be denied for students removed due to unsafe behavior
   
• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable
